Meet Your Guide
Carol Dahmen
I've lived a few lifetimes in one: competitive skater, college dropout, political aide, corporate executive, caretaker, wife, cancer-warrior partner, spiritual seeker, and now — mentor to women navigating their own reinvention.
My story includes choices I’m proud of and choices that broke me open — including giving my daughter up for adoption at 22, surviving emotionally abusive relationships, losing my identity more than once, and facing the terrifying possibility of losing my husband to melanoma.
In the darkest moments, I rebuilt myself.
Through therapy.
Through honesty.
Through 300+ books.
Through spiritual awakening.
And through learning to forgive the younger version of me who did her best with what she had.
Everything in this course comes from lived experience — not theory.

What
Live Simply,
Give Freely
Means
Live Simply
To live simply is to stop carrying what isn’t yours anymore.
It means clearing mental clutter, releasing old narratives, calming your nervous system, finding emotional steadiness, and creating space to hear your intuition again. Simplicity isn’t minimalism — it’s inner peace.
Give Freely
To give freely means living from a healed place.
When you forgive yourself, reclaim your worth, and stop living in survival mode, you naturally give more — compassion, clarity, confidence, presence, boundaries, love, and purpose. Giving freely is not self-sacrifice. It is overflow.
🌿 This Space Is for Women Who…
-Have lived a lot of life, but still feel like they’re not where they “should” be
-Have spent years being the strong one and are exhausted
-Want emotional grounding, not motivational fluff
-Have carried secrets, shame, guilt, or grief quietly for decades
-Know they’re ready for a new chapter but don’t know where to start
-Are navigating a world changing faster than anyone prepared them for
-Want clarity, confidence, calm, and a path forward that actually fits
🌿 If You’re Here, You’re Ready.

Stephanie McGann-Jantzen - Public Policy Consultant
“I’ve known Carol in both professional and personal contexts, and what I value most is how she blends high-level vision with everyday humanity. She’s comfortable working complex systems and strategy—and equally comfortable holding space for a heart-to-heart conversation. Her passion is rooted in real-life experience, and her character is grounded in generosity and strength. I trust her wholeheartedly to guide others into more meaningful, purpose-driven living.”

Elena Birch-Santos - Private Higher Education VP
“I’ve known Carol for over 30 years, and I’ve always been struck by her rare combination of wisdom, humor, and warmth. Whether she’s navigating leadership in a corporate setting or guiding a friend through a life-change, she brings clarity, compassion, and unwavering authenticity. Her passion for helping others live more simply, give more freely, and align their purpose with their actions is contagious. I know anyone who works with her will come away changed for the better.”

Alexis Tereszcuk - Journalist & Storyteller
“I’ve known Carol for more than twenty-five years, since we worked together on Governor Gray Davis’s campaign, and her calm, strategic mind and kind heart stood out even then. She has a rare gift for blending high-level vision with genuine empathy—bringing people together, seeing the bigger picture, and helping others find clarity and confidence in times of change. Carol’s depth of experience, authenticity, and unwavering generosity make her one of those rare people you instantly trust. She lives her message of simplicity, compassion, and purpose every single day.”

Ditas Katague - Civic Leader/Yoga
“What makes Carol extraordinary is how seamlessly she bridges the practical and the spiritual. I’ve seen her lead with brilliance and calm through some of California’s most complex projects, yet she always stays deeply connected to her heart and purpose. Carol brings the same grounded wisdom to her work that one finds in a meditation practice—clarity, compassion, and intention. She has a gift for helping others see beyond the noise, reconnect to their truth, and move through the world with more peace and confidence. Her energy inspires everyone around her to rise a little higher.”
